- I want to look more at how my techniques could be applied to animals - so I thought it could be good to work from a reference pic.
- I saw a guinea fowl when I was out and about and I liked the look of its weird face so I decided to make a picture of it.
- I enjoyed working from the reference and using it to loosely learn the shapes of the bird head and then let my own shapes and pattern takeover.
